Why do pens only ship Monday to Thursday?+
Cold chain. Parcels posted later in the week can sit in a depot over the weekend, and that is usually where temperature control fails.
Pen or vial: what is the difference?+
The pen arrives pre-filled and ready to dial, so there is no reconstitution step and increments repeat to the click. The vial is lyophilised powder: cheaper per milligram, longest shelf life until opened, and you set the concentration yourself.
